新康村是旧县镇下辖的行政村。1996年，全村在省造福工程中迁至杭连公路13公里处河对面，那里的地名为连潮。[2]

村名的来历：村子四周都是山，住房建在低处，像湖底一样，原称庵坑。解放后改为雅称新康。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

据博雅地名网，明朝时有人从外地迁来此地定居，至今约300多年。清代属白砂里，民国时设甲，归寮坝保。[2]

解放后此地称庵坑村，1956年设作业组。1958年设生产队，1966年设农场，文革后复为生产队，由旧县公社直接管理。1984年改为村民委员会下的村民小组。2012年划为旧县镇下的村民小组，2014年设为新康村民委员会，属旧县镇。[2]
