角龙村是旧县镇下辖的行政村，位于205国道旁，距县城18公里，离集镇9公里。[1]

村名的来历：旧县河从北面直冲上石脑山的大湾处，又折向南，被佛子脑山挡住，河水转角流下，得名下角龙，后称角龙。[2]

历史沿革[edit]

土地革命时期村子属旧县区苏石圳乡苏，民国时为三益乡的石龙保。解放后归尧石乡，1953年称旧县区角龙乡，此后一度划入附城区。[3]

1956年起属石龙高级社，1957年划回旧县区石龙乡。1958年公社化后设石龙营角龙连，1959年改为大队，1966年起归红岩公社，1984年改为旧县乡角龙村民委员会，2012年改为旧县镇角龙村民委员会。[3]

地理环境与经济[edit]

村中山林面积6800亩，其中国家级公益山态林5379亩，旱耕地360亩。[1]

村中以种养殖业增加收入，部分劳动力从事建筑业。村中有养羊和养鱼的专业大户。[1]

荣誉[edit]

  • 2021年1月，角龙村被命名为「2020年度龙岩市平安村居（社区）」。[2]
  • 角龙村于2021年11月获福建省爱卫办授予「2021年福建省卫生村」称号。[2]
  • 角龙村于2022年10月被福建省农业农村厅认定为「第二批福建省乡村治理示范村镇」。[2]
