坝上村是旧县镇下辖的行政村，位于镇境东北部，扁山山麓之下，旧县河在村旁流过。村子距上杭县城34公里。[1]

村名的来历是：村子位于旧县河西岸，河中有一处大坝，村民住在大坝的上端，故称坝上。[3]

历史沿革[edit]

土地革命时期村子属旧县区苏维埃政权，民国时属旧县乡的坝上保。解放后曾划为旧县区坝上乡，1956年并入高级社。[2]

1958年冬公社化后称旧县公社坝上大队，1966年改称红岩公社坝上大队，1984年改为旧县乡坝上村民委员会，2012年改称旧县镇坝上村民委员会。[2]

地理环境与经济[edit]

村子西侧是狮子岽，北侧有一条通往南阳的石砌路。村中耕地442亩。[1]

荣誉[edit]

  • 2021年1月，坝上村被命名为「2020年度龙岩市平安村居（社区）」。[3]
  • 2023年1月，坝上村被命名为「2022年度龙岩市平安村居（社区）」。[3]
  • 2024年1月，坝上村被命名为「2023年度龙岩市平安村居（社区）」。[3]
