蛟洋村是上杭县蛟洋镇下辖的行政村，位于蛟洋集镇所在地。据传村南溪流原名小蛟溪，后称蛟溪，另一村称石下洋，两者合起来命名为蛟洋[1]。

历史沿革[edit]

1928年农历五月初八，蛟洋暴动在本村发动。1929年7月，中共闽西特委第一次代表大会在村内文昌阁召开[2]。1949年9月解放后设蛟洋村政府，1952年改称蛟洋乡政府[2]。

人口[edit]

全村现有人口3300多人，共41个村民小组，分为五维、前洋、石庄、平洋四个片区[1]。

文化[edit]

村内有蛟洋红军医院旧址傅氏宗祠和文昌阁，后者即中共闽西第一次代表大会的会址[1]。

福建省爱卫办2021年11月命名本村为2021年福建省卫生村[1]。2022年10月，本村被福建省农业农村厅认定为第二批福建省乡村治理示范村镇[1]。
