上福村是福建省龙岩市上杭县古田镇下辖的村，四面环山，原是步云乡的集镇所在地。[1][2]

历史沿革[edit]

村名的来历：因地势高达千米，旧称“上屋”，后因谐音改称上福，寓意海拔千米之上的福地。[3]

1934年以前，此地税收补贴长汀，属“贴长”即步云的村落联络点之一；1934年收回上杭管辖，民国时隶属云田乡金福保。解放初称上福村，1953年划为第十三区步云乡，1956年组建上福高级农业社，1958年公社化后称古田公社上福大队。1965年步云、福地两公社合并，改称步云公社上福大队；1984年改设步云乡上福村民委员会。2021年，步云乡撤销并入古田镇，本村改称古田镇上福村民委员会。[2]

村辖下村、上村、石坪三个自然村，共3个村民小组。[2]
