石笋村是福建省龙岩市上杭县古田镇下辖的村，地处古田镇西北一带，紧靠国家级自然保护区梅花山。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

村名的来历：村中有一块石头尖细，形似竹笋，村因此得名石笋。[4]

约360年前，李氏在高济坑开基；约200年前，张氏到梨子坪立业，顾氏、罗氏又分别迁往园墩前与中石笋。这些村落当时都属古田里。[3]

1929年红四军入闽，此地建立苏维埃政权，属北四区。民国初隶上杭县第三区。1949年解放初设石笋农会分会，归古蛟区。1953年划入第十三区的一个乡，1956年组建石笋高级社，1958年公社化后编入古田公社石笋连，1959年改设大队。1984年改为古田乡石笋村民委员会，1986年改为古田镇石笋村民委员会。[3]

村中十一个自然村，即上石笋、下石笋、中石笋、高济坑、梨子坪、龙峰岩、小坑芦、岩下、园墩背、寨脚下与南斗桥，共10个村民小组。[3]
