苏家陂村是福建省龙岩市上杭县古田镇下辖的村，位于新罗区与上杭县交界处，是古田镇唯一的畲族行政村。[1]

村中至今保存着树槐堂、鸿玉堂等革命遗址，圳背岩上还有「主席洞」。[1][2]

历史沿革[edit]

1929年10月，闽西特委自上杭城关迁至此村，机关设在树槐堂，工作至1930年3月。毛泽东与贺子珍随特委来到苏家坡，一边养病，一边指导闽西特委工作，并在树槐堂后厅办起一所平民小学。[1][3][4]

树槐堂建于明末清初，为砖木结构，一正两横布局，中共闽西特委机关设于此处。[4]

鸿玉堂为闽粤赣三省干部训练班旧址；圳背岩上的「主席洞」是毛泽东当年休养与读书之处。[2]

古田会议附属旧址群的部分旧址在苏家坡一带，其中有鸿玉堂和圳背岩洞。[4]
