古田镇位于福建省龙岩市上杭县东北部，地处梅花山国家级自然保护区腹地，东邻新罗区江山镇，北与连城县庙前镇交界。[1][2]

1929年12月，中国工农红军第四军第九次党代表大会在古田召开，即“古田会议”。镇内的古田会议会址和古田会议纪念馆是纪念这次会议的旧址与展馆。[9][13]

镇域内有国家5A级旅游景区古田旅游区，以及中国虎园、古田（吴地）红军小镇等景区。[1][5]

历史沿革[edit]

元明清时期，此地属古田里。1929年，红四军进入古田，建立苏维埃政权，地属北五区。[4]

同年12月28日至29日，红四军第九次党代表大会在古田召开，陈毅主持会议，毛泽东作政治报告，朱德作军事报告，120多名代表讨论后通过了《中国共产党红军第四军第九次代表大会决议案》。[11][12]

1930年1月5日，毛泽东在赖坊村的协成店给林彪写了回信，分析红军的前途；同一时期写成的《星星之火，可以燎原》，后来成为论述农村武装割据的重要文献。[5][14]

1935年，古田与蛟洋并为第四区；1938年，此地设云田乡公所。1949年，傅柏翠在郭车投身闽西起义。[4]

1953年设云田镇，1958年10月合并福利、步云、郭车等乡成立古田公社，1984年改称古田乡，1986年改为古田镇人民政府。[4]

自2021年11月9日起，原步云乡的全部辖区划归古田镇管理。[1]

2003年，古田镇被评定为「第一批中国历史文化名镇」。[8]

全镇总面积369平方千米，耕地约3.04万亩，山林约44.5万亩。全镇平均海拔805米，属亚热带季风气候。[1][3][7]

319国道、厦蓉高速和赣瑞龙铁路经过镇区，镇区另设高速互通口，动车站名为「古田会址站」。[1]

人口数字因来源而异：上杭县人民政府网站称全镇2.5万人，未注明统计年份；百度百科所载2019年全镇总人口为20040人。[1][7]

全镇唯一的畲族行政村是苏家陂村，政府网站写作苏家坡村。[1][2]

名胜古迹[edit]

古田会议会址原为廖氏宗祠，又名万源祠，清道光二十八年（1848年）始建，为四合院式建筑；会址后厅即古田会议的会场。1961年3月4日，国务院公布其为第一批全国重点文物保护单位。博雅地名网将会址置于溪背村。[9][10][5][15]

古田会议纪念馆于1974年10月正式对外开放，为国家一级博物馆，1997年入选「全国百家爱国主义教育示范基地」。[13]

龙岩市古田旅游区为国家5A级旅游景区，规划面积7.6平方公里，核心景区包括古田会议会址群、古田会议纪念馆和毛主席纪念园。[1][5]

梅花山·华南虎园（中国虎园）为国家4A级旅游景区，园内有千年红豆杉、华南虎等珍稀动植物。[1][5]

古田（吴地）红军小镇为国家3A级旅游景区，位于古田华润希望小镇吴地社区，规划面积25.6平方公里。[1][5]

红四军旧址分布于各村：松荫堂（中共红四军前委机关政治部旧址）、中兴堂（红四军司令部旧址）和吉兴堂（红四军军医处旧址）在八甲村；树槐堂（中共闽西特委机关旧址）在苏家陂村；协成店在赖坊村；笃厚堂（红四军后勤工作部旧址）在溪背村。[5]

古田会议附属旧址群位于八甲、溪背、上洋、五龙、苏家坡五村，包括毓公祠、吉兴堂、笃厚堂、文光阁、红军桥、鸿玉堂等。[5]

上杭县人民政府网站所载，全镇现有全国重点文物保护单位4处、福建省文物保护单位9处、县级文物保护单位11处。[1]

姓氏宗族[edit]

古田会议会址原是廖氏宗祠。赖坊村的赖氏宗祠建于清乾隆二十五年（1761年），坐南朝北，祠内自外而内依次为泮月池、正门、天井与厅堂，两侧设护厝。[9][5]
