洋乾村是白砂镇下辖的行政村，位于镇域西部，省道308线穿村而过。解放前称大乾头，1949年解放初由两村合并，各取一字定名洋乾。全村辖上村、中村、下村和食水井4个自然村，村委会驻中村。[1][2]

解放前该地称大乾头，1949年解放初由两村合并，各取一字，改称洋乾。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

民国时此地为大乾保，解放初称洋乾村，1951年设洋乾乡，1956年组成洋乾高级社。[2]

1958年10月起属白砂公社官将管理区，设洋乾大队；1961年改隶官将公社；1965年两公社合并，仍称白砂公社洋乾大队。1984年改为白砂乡洋乾村委员会，1993年改为白砂镇洋乾村民委员会。[2]

荣誉[edit]

2022年12月，洋乾村列入2022年福建省卫生村名单。[1]
