下早康村是白砂镇下辖的行政村，位于镇域北部，与旧县镇相邻。该村1973年自早康村分出，因而称下早康。全村辖8个自然村，村委会驻排下。[1][2]

历史沿革[edit]

民国时此地属早康保，解放初称早康村，1951年划归旧县区，1956年组成碧康高级社。1958年撤区并乡后并入旧县的一个乡，同年冬公社化，属旧县公社碧康管理区。[2]

1961年划归梅溪公社，1965年改属白砂公社。1973年分出为下早康大队，1980年称管委会，1984年改为白砂乡下早康村民委员会，1993年改为白砂镇下早康村民委员会。辖8个自然村（含15个村民小组）。[2]

荣誉[edit]

2021年11月，下早康村列入2021年福建省卫生村名单。[1]
