村子在稔田镇东部，省道309线从村中穿过，是棉花滩水电站库区的重点移民村。[1]
历史沿革[edit]
村名来由：村边有一座矮岗，古时在岗上筑了一座土楼，故名楼岗。[1]
清代属胜运里丰稔片，民国时设楼岗乡和楼岗保，公社化后归稔田公社管辖。[1]
经济[edit]
全村于1999年底完成整体搬迁。2011年，全村人均收入约6259元，村级财政收入合计6万元。[1]
楼岗村于2020年12月入选「2019年度福建省一村一品示范村」名单（红肉蜜柚）；楼岗村于2021年10月被龙岩市农业农村局认定为「龙岩市2021年市级一村一品专业村」（红肉蜜柚）；楼岗村于2021年11月获得「2021年福建省卫生村」称号；2022年10月，楼岗村经福建省农业农村厅认定列为「第二批福建省乡村治理示范村镇」。[1]
