连四村位于稔田镇东南部的边远山区，东邻永定的金砂乡，省道309线穿村而过。据博雅地名网，本村是上杭往永定方向的第一村。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

1928年金砂农民暴动时，几个村连在一起成立“苏乡”，村名由此而来。[1][2]

清代时属胜运里丰稔片。土地革命期间这里设过乡苏维埃政府，民国时归丰稔乡丰朗保管辖。1993年起称「稔田镇连四村民委员会」。[1][2]

经济[edit]

村中山林广阔，森林覆盖率高；据百度百科，村域属稔田镇重要水源保护地。[1][2]

连四村于2021年11月获得「2021年福建省卫生村」称号；2022年10月，连四村经福建省农业农村厅认定列为「第二批福建省乡村治理示范村镇」；2024年6月，上杭县认定连四村为「2024年县级一村一品专业村」（蜂蜜）；2024年1月，村里被命名为「2023年度龙岩市平安村居（社区）」。[1]
