历史沿革[edit]
民国时此地分设黄潭前保与黄潭后保，1929年已有乡苏维埃。[1] 新中国成立后归蓝稔区第四区管辖，公社化后并入蓝溪公社黄潭大队，1985年起称黄潭村民委员会。[2]
文化[edit]
2021年11月，黄潭村获评「2021年福建省卫生村」。[1] 2023年1月，黄潭村被命名为「2022年度龙岩市平安村居（社区）」。[1]
