历史沿革[edit]
村名取其气候温和、土地肥沃、地处中心，又为市场与机关驻地，是富饶之地的意思。[1]
1984年改称中都乡饶坊村民委员会，1993年改称中都镇饶坊村民委员会。[3]
名胜古迹[edit]
饶坊文光大院位于村内，建于清代康熙年间，为土木围屋式建筑，占地约1200平方米，四进三列，前有鱼池、后有水井。[2]
文化[edit]
2021年11月，饶坊村列入福建省卫生村拟命名公示名单。[3]
