红都村在梅溪河两岸，距集镇约1公里，是红四军首次入闽时到达的地方。[3][2]

历史沿革[edit]

红都旧称下赖。1959年以前这里是四都集镇所在地，是当时四都的政治、经济和文化中心。[3]

公社化前属同仁乡，土改时属下蕉乡，公社化后设红都大队，1984年起为红都村民委员会。[1]

1934年12月，陆定一夫人唐义贞在本村被捕，后遇害。[3][4]

2019年6月，红都村被认定为第六批「福建省历史文化名镇名村」；2023年12月，入选「龙岩市2023年度乡村振兴示范村镇」名单；2024年2月，列为「第二批福建省乡村振兴示范村镇」创建对象。[1]

2021年1月、2024年1月，红都村先后被命名为2020年度、2023年度龙岩市「平安村居（社区）」。[1]

名胜古迹[edit]

「中共福建省委及中共汀西县委、县苏维埃旧址世昌公祠」建于清代，1930年5月中共四都区委和区苏维埃在此成立，1934年汀西县委、县苏维埃设于此；在1934年10月至1935年1月间，中共福建省委也曾设在此处。该祠2018年列为第九批省级文物保护单位。[5]

「红四军会议旧址协和店」原为客店，建于清末，二层木结构，与七字形老街相连。红四军于1929年3月12日头一次进入福建，抵达四都，毛泽东当晚住在此处，并在这里召开红四军团以上干部会议，商定进军闽西后的行动方向。该旧址2018年列为第九批省级文物保护单位。[2]
