永巫村位于濯田镇东部，汀江自北向南流经村境，村东与涂坊镇接壤。[1]
地名由来[edit]
1956年，义家庄设「永丰社」，同年3月该社并入巫坊，村名改称永巫。[2]
概况[edit]
2012年底，村中有511户、2677人，主要收入来自烤烟。[1]
历史沿革[edit]
1949年11月，巫坊归邻村所辖。1950年设农会分会，并归邻乡。1953年至1954年，依次组织互助组、初级社、高级社。1958年5月，撤区并乡，划归水莲乡。1965年，四社合一后，义家庄、车田尾、巫坊合为永巫大队。1984年改称永巫村。[2]
