塍背村位于濯田镇东南部，与三洲镇竹园村为邻，南临连湖村，西与东山村相连，北靠潭河。[1]
地名由来[edit]
村原名大垅村。村北的横岗远看形似田塍，苏维埃政府时期改称塍背塅，后简称塍背。[1]
概况[edit]
2012年，村内有三个自然村（塍背塅、鸭子地、唐背乾），计242户、1355人，分为4个村民小组。[1]
历史沿革[edit]
建国后，塍背并入邻村。1950年6月，村里设农会分会。此后于1952年春成立互助组，1954年则由全村编为四个初级社。[1]
