长高村位于濯田镇西部边缘，离集镇约十公里，北面越山可通往圭田，村境包括三个自然村。[1]
地名由来[edit]
村名取自长岭和小高岭两个自然村各一字。长岭早先叫上归湖，村路绕山而上，外人便按地势称之为「长岭」，久之沿用下来。[1]
历史沿革[edit]
1950年，长安乡设农会，长岭与小高岭各设农会小组。1954年，两地各组建一个初级社，1957年合并为高级社。1958年，长高属濯田镇。1959年起归管理区下的一个大队，1961年独立为大队，1965年并入长安大队。1979年12月再度分出，1984年11月改设长高村民委员会。[2]
