濯田镇是福建省龙岩市长汀县西南部的镇，镇人民政府设在街上村，距长汀县城38公里，省道221线穿镇而过，可直达广东梅州。全镇辖40个行政村，在全县乡镇中辖地最广，行政村也最多。[1][2]

镇域林地、耕地和水系都较为丰富，汀江、濯田河等溪河在境内纵横交汇，镇内有水口、同睦、水头等古老村落，红军入闽时的渡口和何叔衡殉难处也在镇内。[1][3]

历史沿革[edit]

早年这里写作「濁田」，据说因河水漫入田地、土质变肥浊而得名，后改作「濯田」。[2]

1929年5月，毛泽东随红四军二次入闽，在水口一带渡过汀江，随后红军在镇内开辟闽西革命根据地，并设立濯田苏维埃政府。[1][2]

1935年2月，中共一大代表何叔衡在转移途中被敌军围困于梅迳村，为掩护同志突围而跳崖殉难。[1]

解放后，这里先设濯田区政府。1958年9月组建以「五一」为名的人民公社，1961年分设濯田、升平、水口三个公社，1965年又并为濯田公社。1984年撤社建乡，改称濯田乡，1993年4月乡级建制改设为镇。[3]

地理与气候[edit]

镇域属半山区，年平均气温约18.6摄氏度，年降雨量约1745.7毫米，气候温和。[3]

境内有钨矿、铅锌矿、稀土矿，并产硅石与花岗岩；林业资源丰富，据县政府网站，林地面积约41.5万亩，森林覆盖率较高。长兰村有一棵香樟树，树龄达千年。[1][3]

经济[edit]

濯田是长汀县的粮食主产区，水稻制种、烤烟和槟榔芋的种植面积均在万亩以上，水稻制种的面积居龙岩市和长汀县首位。[1]

糖蔗种植在镇内已有六百五十余年的历史，镇里建有县内唯一的标准化红糖厂。[1]

文化与名胜[edit]

镇内不可移动文物有165处，数量居全县首位，其中县级文物保护单位10处，另有155处未定级。[1]

水头村为中国历史文化名村，水头、同睦、水口三村同时入选中国传统古村落。[1]

非物质文化遗产有省级「濯田二月二百壶宴」、市级「濯田六月六百鸭宴」，县级「濯田红糖制作技艺」和「濯田糖泡酒制作技艺」。[1]

何叔衡烈士死难处纪念碑在梅迳村，县委、县政府在殉难处立碑纪念，碑刻年份在百度百科中有1963年和1964年两说，该碑为「福建省第十一批省级文物保护单位」。[4]

红旗跃过汀江渡口在水口村，1929年红四军入闽时由此渡江，毛泽东为此写下「红旗跃过汀江，直下龙岩上杭」。镇内另建有何叔衡纪念馆，被列为「弘扬伟大建党精神」教学点，「红旗跃过汀江」也是教学点之一。[1][2]

林接标故居在龙田村，他后来成为开国少将，任空军政治部副主任。张赤男故居在长兰村，他曾任红四军第十二师和第十一师的政委，杨成武曾受教于他。[1]

人物[edit]

张赤男（1906年—1932年）出生于长兰村的一个贫农家庭，后来担任红军师级单位的政委，被列为烈士。镇内在册烈士数为918人，据省退役军人事务厅数据，居福建省乡镇之首。[1][2]
