南山镇在福建省龙岩市长汀县东南部，东面与连城县相邻，南面接上杭县，西面与涂坊、河田两镇毗连，北面是童坊镇。全镇辖21个行政村，据博雅地名网，土地总面积226.4平方千米。[1][18]

1934年，红军在松毛岭一带挡住了国民党军的大举进攻，战斗持续七天七夜。同年9月30日，红九军团于中复村观寿公祠前誓师，随即踏上长征之路。镇内留有多处相关旧址，其中数处已列为福建省文物保护单位。[6][4]

历史沿革[edit]

建国后这一带先设区，随后南山坝、南田迳与元蔢田合组为南山乡，南山村即在南山坝。[9][10]

1958年公社化，中南公社在1959年改名为南山公社。1965年2月，中复公社并入南山公社。各大队大多在1984年改为村民委员会。[10][11][16]

地理环境[edit]

镇内溪河有桥下河、官坊河、朱坊河和大坑河。[2]

319国道从镇中穿过，南馆公路串联大坪、朱坊等村，赣龙铁路在中复村一带经过。[2][16]

人口民族[edit]

居民以汉族客家人为主，少数民族只是零星分布。[2]

经济[edit]

多数村以烤烟、槟榔芋为主要作物，有的村另种罗汉果、油茶或百香果；养猪与外出打工也是村民的重要进项。[13][17][12]

著名人物[edit]

清代画家上官周，故里在官坊村。[11]

中央候补委员吴岱出身于大田村，少将罗洪标的故乡则是塘背村。[15][14][1]

原广东军区后勤部长钟贵福将军同样出自本镇。[2]

名胜古迹[edit]

中复村的观寿公祠原为钟姓纪念先祖的祠堂，清初所建，今名「红九军团长征出发地（观寿公祠）」。博雅地名网称中复村（旧称钟屋）为「红军长征第一村」，1934年9月30日红九军团在此誓师出发。[4][8] 观寿公祠2005年被公布为「福建省文物保护单位」，2013年列为「第七批全国重点文物保护单位」。[4]

桥下村的「红一方面军独立二十四师驻址育成公祠」建于清康熙三十五年（1696年），2020年11月被公布为「福建省第十批省级文物保护单位」。[5]

中复村的「红屋区苏维埃政府旧址九厅十八井」建于清代，该区苏维埃政府于1932年夏设在这座宅院中，2018年被公布为「第九批省级文物保护单位」。[7]

「松毛岭战役遗址群」分布于南山镇多个村及连城县朋口镇，2018年被公布为「第九批省级文物保护单位」。[6]

官坊村的石峰寨，山体内部为溶洞相连的喀斯特地貌。[11]
