开基时，村边有一条小溪，因而取名朱溪。[1]
地理环境[edit]
村庄沿朱溪河两岸分布，319国道沿河穿村而过。[1]
历史沿革[edit]
旧时此地属河田乡松溪保，之后归松溪乡。公社化时设朱溪大队，1984年改称朱溪村民委员会。[1]
2024年1月，该村获评2023年度龙岩市「平安村居（社区）」；2023年1月，又获评2022年度同名称号。[1]
