肖岭村是童坊镇下辖的行政村，位于童坊镇与连城县北团镇交界处，距镇政府约13公里，离县城约50公里。村名因肖氏最早在此开基，地名称肖屋岭。[1]
地理与人口[edit]
村地海拔约750米，最高处为仙水塘，海拔1400米。据博雅地名网，全村现有635人，129户，分6个村民小组（年份未注）。耕地700亩，竹林3000亩。[1]
据县政府网站，肖岭梯田是境内的自然景观之一。[2]
历史沿革[edit]
据传，铭宗公为萧氏先祖，于1151年自清流县长校东山村迁居此地。解放初，此地是童坊区大埔乡的辖地，之后改隶彭坊乡。公社化以后设立萧岭大队，1984年定名为肖岭村民委员会。[1]
荣誉[edit]
2022年10月，肖岭村经省农业农村厅认定，成为「第二批福建省乡村治理示范村镇」。2023年1月，肖岭村被命名为「2022年度龙岩市平安村居（社区）」。[1]
