举河村是童坊镇下辖的行政村。村名得自村旁的一条河。1986年单独设村，此前与邻村同属一个村委会。[1]

人口与经济[edit]

据博雅地名网，村内设六个村民小组。全村263户，共1258人（年份未注），男676人，女582人，劳动力558人。党员32人（预备党员5人）。耕地689亩，山地9400亩。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

解放初此地为童坊区苏田乡的辖地。1957年撤区并乡后并入童坊乡，公社化时划归童坊公社。1984年仍属童坊乡，1986年单独设立举河村委会。村部于2001年建成。[1]

荣誉[edit]

2021年1月，举河村被命名为「2020年度龙岩市平安村居（社区）」。[1]
