胡岭村是童坊镇下辖的行政村，位于集镇东南方，距镇政府约0.5公里。村名因胡氏最早在此开基而得，称为胡岭。[1]
历史沿革[edit]
解放前，胡岭属童坊乡胡岭保管。解放后属童坊区胡岭高级社。1958年公社化后成立胡岭大队，属童坊公社；1984年改为村民委员会，至今未变。[1]
人口与经济[edit]
全村386户，总人口1556人（据博雅地名网，年份未注）。村下分两个自然村与11个村民小组，耕地合计1668亩。[1]
村民以种植水稻、烤烟为主要收入来源。外出村民中约八成在广东深圳经商，也有人在外烧砖为业。[1]
荣誉[edit]
2024年1月，胡岭村被命名为「2023年度龙岩市平安村居（社区）」。[1]
