小洋村是福建省龙岩市长汀县馆前镇下辖的行政村，位于东阳山寺庙与原福建省红旗厂北侧的山脚下，距镇政府集市约5.5公里。[1]

村名的来历与开基时的地形有关：当时的地势形似一片小海洋，故定名小洋。[2]

地理环境[edit]

村中有灌溉农田用的中小型水库一座、山塘一口，另有一座发电站。[1]

经济[edit]

村民收入主要来自烤烟、毛竹、米粉加工和水稻种植，也有劳力外出经商、务工。[1]
