新店村位于河田、童坊两地交界的山区，距新桥镇集镇约9公里。[2]

地名由来[edit]

村庄处在新桥通往童坊的交通要道上，沿线设有商贸店铺，且归新桥镇管辖，因此称新店村。[1]

人口与土地[edit]

全村320户、1360余人，辖8个村民小组、6个自然村。土地802亩，其中山地面积15900亩；按人口计，人均不足六分地。[2]

历史沿革[edit]

1964年设新桥工委时，此地归任屋公社，称新店大队；1965年工委撤销后划回新桥公社，仍为新店大队；1984年改制后，此地成立新店村民委员会，延续至今。[1]

荣誉[edit]

2025年5月，村入选「福建省美丽乡村示范村」创建名单。2023年1月，被命名为「2022年度龙岩市平安村居（社区）」；2021年1月，被命名为「2020年度龙岩市平安村居（社区）」。[1]
