罗坊村属镇中心区。早年有罗姓人在此定居，村名由此而来。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

解放初村属城关区，设有罗坊乡；1957年撤区并乡后并入城关镇。1958年隶城关公社罗坊大队，1965年改属附城公社，仍设罗坊大队。1981年附城改称大同，1984年起设罗坊村民委员会。[1]
