田洋村是古竹乡下辖的行政村，位于乡境西北部，海拔800余米，距乡政府约10千米，是乡内最边远的建制村。全村由田洋、石下两个自然村组成。[1]

地名[edit]

上祖自古竹迁居到此，看到灵坑洋、门口洋与长坑洋三处洋面，良田数十亩，便建房开垦，以田洋为名。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

1984年设古竹乡田洋村民委员会，沿用至今。1970年高头公社并入古竹公社，1958年设古竹人民公社，1957年归古竹乡。民国时期此地隶属古竹联保，归上金区与第三区，并称高竹乡、上金乡；明清时期隶金丰里。1949年后曾分属南溪区、上金区与第三区。[1]

荣誉[edit]

2021年1月，本村被评为2020年度龙岩市「平安村居（社区）」。2023年1月公布的是2022年度龙岩市「平安村居（社区）」评选结果，2024年1月公布的为2023年度。[1]
