黄竹烟村是福建省龙岩市永定区古竹乡下辖的行政村，位于乡境东部，东与南靖县梅林交界，南与高头乡相邻。全村由上黄、下黄两个自然村组成，四周竹山环绕，溪水长流。[1]
地名[edit]
此地森林广阔，多产一种黄竹；「烟」字有多的意思，村名因此称黄竹烟。[1]
历史沿革[edit]
1984年起设立古竹乡黄竹烟村民委员会。此前，1970年高头公社并入古竹公社，1958年村地归古竹人民公社，1957年改属古竹乡。更早时，村地曾以古竹联保的名义隶属上金区与第三区，并有高竹乡、上金乡之称，明清时期则属金丰里。[1]
荣誉[edit]
福建省爱卫办于2021年11月授予本村「2021年福建省卫生村」称号。2023年1月公布的是2022年度龙岩市「平安村居（社区）」评选结果，2024年1月公布的则为2023年度。[1]
