三来村是湖山乡的集镇所在地，也是湖山乡人民政府的驻地，村域内有三来州、新溪、合溪三个自然村。[1]

名称[edit]

相传李姓的开居祖先曾三次到此察看，最后才决定定居，于是取名三来。[1][3]

地理环境[edit]

村庄北沿西侧呈弯形，四周环山。三个自然村的河流汇向下洋镇沿江村，境内建有三座小水电站。[1]

据博雅地名网所载，全村辖区面积约8平方公里，人口1880多人、410户，设33个村民小组。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

1928年，此地曾设立红色政权，有县、乡两级苏维埃。[1]

1950年以前属平和县。1951年划归永定县，设第十区公所，编为三香乡，1958年后隶属下洋火箭公社的三香管理区。1961年6月，此地划入湖山公社，成为三来大队；1984年改为湖山乡三来村民委员会。现为湖山乡人民政府驻地。[1][2]

2024年6月，三来村被确认为「龙岩市永定区2024年区级一村一品专业村」。[1]
