肖地村是福建省龙岩市永定区下辖的行政村，原属西溪乡，位于原西溪乡北部，距永定县城八公里。2026年西溪乡撤销并入凤城街道，本村随之划归凤城街道管辖。[1][2][3][4][5]

历史沿革[edit]

村名的来历是包、廖、肖三姓最早来此居住，其中肖姓人口最多，因此取名肖地。[5]

解放前此地属西二保，之后隶属西溪村。1961年4月改称肖地大队，隶属西溪公社；1967年更名红岩大队，1968年4月划入西溪农场。1984年归西溪乡，名为肖地村民委员会。[5]

民国二十六年（1937年），闽粤边区党委、党校、兵工厂、医院曾设在本村的芹菜洋一带。[6]

2023年1月，肖地村获命名为2022年度龙岩市「平安村居（社区）」。[5]

地理环境[edit]

村子在原西溪乡北部，东接湖雷乡，南面是富家村，西片与城郊乡中坑村相邻，北片与四联村及湖雷乡玉文村相接。村辖肖地、斜里、七桥、西芹四个自然村，全村分为七个村民小组，是原西溪乡范围内布局最分散的行政村。[5]

村中有笔架山、西华山、岩下山等山岭，并保留红军党校、红军医院遗址。[5]
