历史沿革[edit]
1949年前，本地分属金胜乡、双樟与金中保。1949年后归溪南八区的中金区与乡选区管辖；公社化时划入城关公社，设赤竹大队。[1]
1984年改为金砂乡赤竹村民委员会，2021年6月起属金砂镇赤竹村民委员会。[1][2]
地理环境[edit]
