万美村位于城郊镇东南部，地处省道309线一侧，距县城约2.8公里。[1][2]

村民是为棉花滩水库建设而迁来的移民，安置时沿用了原住地村名中的「美」字，村名因此定为万美。[1][2]

历史沿革[edit]

1998年，因棉花滩水电站建设，村民整体迁至城郊乡龙门岗；2000年8月，设立万美村民委员会。[1][3]

2023年，村党支部牵头成立了副榜炉手工艺品专业合作社。2024年1月，村子被列入「2023年度龙岩市平安村居（社区）」名单。2026年6月，村子被确认为「龙岩市永定区2023年区级一村一品专业村」。[1][2]

地理环境[edit]

林地1138亩、耕地122亩，全村总面积1306亩；有8个村民小组。[1][2]

经济[edit]

「副榜炉」是村中的特色品牌，列入龙岩市非物质文化遗产。[2]

2024年11月，万美村被认定为「2024年度福建省一村一品专业村」，产业为副榜炉。[1][4]
