实佳村是永定东南边缘的山村，东边与南靖县相隔，南面与平和县毗邻，三面环山，南溪自南向北流经村子。2015年10月入选福建省第一批省级传统村落，2016年12月列入第四批中国传统村落名录。[1]
历史沿革[edit]
村名的来历是：始迁祖渊朗公从高头迁来，传至后代有十个分支，号称「十家」。后经文人商议，嫌「十家」太土气，改称「实佳」。[1]
1949年前，这里属南溪乡下辖的一个保；1953年至1955年设南溪乡，1955年4月三个乡合并为一个南溪乡，1958年至1960年分设管理区。[2]
1961年4月设南溪公社下的实佳大队管理委员会；因村子规模较大，大队部便设于此地，大队名也随之定为实佳。1969至1978年间改为大队革命领导小组，1979年恢复大队管委会。1984年8月建乡改村制，设湖坑乡实佳村委会；1993年撤乡设镇后为湖坑镇实佳村民委员会。[2]
地理环境[edit]
村子三面环山，南溪穿村而过，距永定县城50公里，距湖坑集镇8公里。[1]
名胜古迹[edit]
据博雅地名网，村中的蛟塘曾是革命基点村，老一辈革命家在此一带开展过游击活动。[1]
