睦邻村位于高陂镇镇中心区，北面靠山，村名取和睦相邻之意，解放前村内有十六个姓氏聚居[1]。
地名由来[edit]
村名取和睦相邻之意。解放前村中姓氏杂居，共有十六姓，包括陈、张、沈、邱、刘等，各姓之间相安无事，故有此名[1]。
历史沿革[edit]
民国时期此地设睦邻保，一度分为睦东、睦西两保。早年革命时期，村中建立过睦邻苏维埃政府。1958年，村子并入高陂人民公社，设为大队；1988年才改称村民委员会，沿用至今[1]。
荣誉[edit]
2021年11月，睦邻村被福建省爱卫办命名为「2021年福建省卫生村」[1]。
