历史沿革[edit]

1982年1月分出设村，1984年建乡后改为象基村民委员会。[1][4]

迁居[edit]

罗斗窠、岭子下两个自然村地处边远，交通不便。罗斗窠村民自2000年起陆续迁往象牙建房，岭子下村民于2003年依“造福工程”统一安置在禾坪岗，两处现已无人居住。[2]
