道仁村位于湖雷镇东南部，属边远山区村，海拔在600至900米之间，山林茂密，竹木资源丰富。村中大雪岽、长窠里、戴洋寨、大坪里、黄土岩五处为革命基点村。[1]

地名由来[edit]

相传早年有一道人在此定居，取与“道仁”同音的地名，村名由此而来。[2]

历史沿革[edit]

1949年后设道仁乡，1958年改为道仁大队，1966年至1976年间一度改称光明大队，1984年建乡后改为道仁村民委员会。[3]

革命历史[edit]

道仁是永定苏区的主要组成部分，三年游击战争、抗日战争和解放战争时期，游击队在此活动频繁。[1]
