文馆村位于坎市镇西部，距集镇约3公里，坎湖公路穿村而过。据百度百科，全村面积18.3平方千米，是坎市镇面积最大的行政村。[1][2]

村名源自清乾隆年间在此兴办的学堂。翰林院庶吉士廖鸿章为学堂赐匾「乐育英才」，此后这一带便以文馆为名。[1][2]

历史沿革[edit]

人民公社在1958年10月组建，此后这里设文馆大队生产营。其间1966年至1976年，名称一度变为文武大队；1972年起称文馆大队管委会，1976年又回到文馆大队的旧称。1984年起由文馆村民委员会管理至今。[2][3]

2012年，福建省爱国卫生运动委员会办公室授予文馆村省级卫生村称号；2021年11月，省爱卫办又将文馆村认定为2021年福建省卫生村。[2][3]

经济[edit]

村里以烤烟种植、其他种植养殖和劳务输出为主业，是坎市镇主要的粮烟产区，当地有「文馆熟、坎市足」的说法。[2][3]
