西北社区是福建省龙岩市永定区凤城街道下辖的社区，位于凤城西北方向，东南与东坊、南郊社区相邻。[1]

社区因地处凤城西北而得名。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

今西北社区一带，旧时包括中正保（北坊）、莲池保（西坊）与南郊保（杭陂下）三处，合称西坊。新中国成立后，北坊组建农会，归龙岗乡管辖。合作化期间西坊并入北坊，两字各取一个，定名西北大队。1966至1976年间曾叫反帝大队，1971年又改回西北大队。1983年成为西北社区居民委员会。[1]

地理环境[edit]

社区西北与金砂乡、西溪乡交界。[1]

文化[edit]

2021年11月，社区被福建省爱卫办命名为「2021年福建省卫生社区」。2024年12月，社区上榜「2024年福建省儿童友好社区」名单。[1]
