卓洋村是小池镇下辖的行政村，位于镇区西部，属镇区范围，距龙岩市区约20公里。村内地势较为平坦。[1]

村名取自驻地卓洋自然村的名称。[1]

2009年末，村庄总人口为1356人，总户数约326户。[1]

经济[edit]

村民以农业为主，村里发展了大棚种植这一生计。2009年，村民人均收入为7000元。[1]

荣誉[edit]

2021年11月，村庄获评「2021年福建省卫生村」，由福建省爱卫办命名。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

解放前此地属小池乡；1957年撤区并乡后仍在小池乡之内。1958年组成卓洋大队，1984年先设卓然村委会，2007年才改称卓洋村。[1]
