培斜村是小池镇下辖的行政村，位于新罗区西部，离龙岩市区20公里。村庄曾是革命老区的基点村，也是省、市、区的新农村建设试点，近年以竹制品加工、茶叶生产和乡村旅游为主要产业。[1][2]

地名由来[edit]

明嘉靖年间的《龙岩县志》记有龙门里小池社的聚落「背畲」，意为山背后的畲田；俗称背斜，后雅化为「培斜」。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

解放前这里归小池乡管辖，解放初划入小池区。1953年设培斜乡，1957年撤区并乡后重归小池乡。1958年改为大队，1984年改设村委会，村名至今未变。[1]

经济[edit]

村内多为竹制品与茶叶加工企业，村里也大力发展旅游产业。[2]

2013年，培斜村被省、市、区评为美丽乡村建设示范村。[2] 2020年12月，村庄入选「福建省第一批高级版绿盈乡村」；2021年1月，获得龙岩市2020年度「平安村居（社区）」称号。[1]

2021年10月，培斜村列入农业农村部推介的「2021年全国乡村特色产业亿元村」，同月又经龙岩市农业农村局认定为龙岩市2021年市级「一村一品」专业村（竹制品加工）。同年10月村庄入选2021年「淘宝村」名单，2022年10月再入选2022年「淘宝村」名单。[1]

2023年3月，培斜村经农业农村部推介，列为「2022年全国乡村特色产业产值超亿元村」之一（竹制品）。2021年11月，村庄获评「2021年福建省卫生村」，由福建省爱卫办命名。2025年3月，它在「福建省第一批省级乡村振兴示范村」之列。[1]

镇街介绍列有培斜村为「全国乡村旅游重点村」。[3]
