南燕村位于大池镇西南部，以农业和畜牧业为主，村中的泉溪天后宫是新罗区的县级文物保护单位。[1][2]

地名由来[edit]

村子旧名南埔，两字各取自大埔上与南山两个村名。解放后为了与旧称有别，改称南燕。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

民国时期属南埔保（1941年起）。解放后设南燕村，1961年改设南燕大队，1984年起为村委会。[1]

名胜古迹[edit]

泉溪天后宫位于南裕组，始建于明隆庆二年（1568年），坐西朝东，占地面积938平方米。[2]

天后宫为两进两厢房的土木结构，前后厅之间以两侧廊相连，院内绘有十六幅人物、动物与花鸟壁画。[2]

2001年，新罗区人民政府将其列为「第三批县级文物保护单位」。[2]

荣誉[edit]

  • 2021年10月，本村经龙岩市农业农村局认定，列为「龙岩市2021年市级一村一品专业村」（花生）。[1]
  • 2025年11月，「一村一品」专业村（花生）入选福建省省级名单（2025年度）。[1]
