西源村位于新罗区西北边缘的山区，属万安镇，全村总人口600多人。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

1958年成立大队；1984年隶属万安乡西源村委会，1995年隶属万安镇西源村委会。[1]

人口与产业[edit]

全村设3个村民小组，共600多人，其中党员26人，村干部4人。[1]

村中竹山面积达2000多亩。产业以农业为主，村里没有集体企业。[1]

荣誉[edit]

2021年11月，获福建省卫生村称号（福建省爱卫办命名）。[1]
