陈洋村位于万安镇境内，村名各取陈坑、龟洋两个村名的一个字。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

清代与民国初年属溪口社，解放初隶属溪口村与溪口乡。1958年归溪口人民公社，后并入万安公社，1959年设陈洋大队。[1]

1984年起为村民委员会，1995年划归万安镇。[1]
