珍坑村是白沙镇的一个行政村。相传最早是曾、吕二姓先到此开基创业；因方言中“曾”与“珍”同音，又因地势多山、村舍分散于坑垄间，故称珍坑。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

这里明代归宁洋县集贤里。1950年划为宁洋县小溪乡管辖，1956年划入白沙区；1958年成为小溪公社的珍坑大队，1965年并入白沙公社。1984年设白沙乡珍坑村委会，1995年起为白沙镇珍坑村委会。[1]

文化[edit]

2021年11月，本村被福建省爱卫办命名为「2021年福建省卫生村」；2023年2月，入选「福建省第三批高级版绿盈乡村」名单。[1]
