小溪村是白沙镇的一个行政村，地处小溪边，村名由此而来。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

这里在明代是九龙乡集贤里的小溪社。民国年间称宁洋县罗溪乡；1950年起隶属宁洋县第三区的小溪乡。1956年改属龙岩县白沙区，此后1958年成为小溪公社的小溪大队，1965年改属白沙公社。1984年，改设白沙乡小溪村委会；1995年12月起称白沙镇小溪村委会。[1]

2006年，白沙水库兴建，村庄整体迁至集镇一带。[1]

文化[edit]

2021年11月，本村被福建省爱卫办命名为「2021年福建省卫生村」。[1]
