高洋村是白沙镇的一个行政村，地处海拔800多米的高处。村内有一小片平洋，称高地洋，简称高洋。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

清代至民国期间，此地归宁洋县管辖。1956年它划入白沙区，成为罗山乡的高地洋村；1958年改归罗山公社的一个大队。1981年分出，另设白沙公社高洋大队。1984年，改称白沙乡高洋村委会；1995年12月起，成为白沙镇高洋村委会。[1]
