罗畲村位于白沙镇中东部，距白沙集镇约5公里，距龙岩城区约45公里。相传先有罗姓人在此定居，后来附近的自然村统称为“罗畲”。[1][2]

历史沿革[edit]

解放前这一带为宁洋县第三区的罗公保，1950年设罗山乡，1956年并入白沙区，1957年仍属罗山乡。1958年为罗山公社驻地，1960年成为罗山管理区驻地。1966年体制合并后归白沙公社，称罗畲大队。[1]

1984年改设白沙乡罗畲村委会，1995年12月起称白沙镇罗畲村委会。[1]

文化[edit]

2021年11月，本村被福建省爱卫办命名为「2021年福建省卫生村」。[1]
