上屿村是福建省龙岩市新罗区适中镇下辖的行政村，位于镇的南部，距镇政府约11公里。村名的来历是当地地势低、四周环山，俗称“屿”，与下屿相对，故称上屿。[1][2]

地理环境[edit]

村庄位于一个凹形地势中，两侧各有一条河流，一条为上屿溪，自仁和村流入；一条为白叶溪，自白叶村流入。水源充足，旧时即已安装水车用于舂米。[2]

耕地集中在两个小盆地中，山地面积大，以竹林为主。矿产有铁矿石和煤炭。此外还产大红菇、林蛙、梅子与板栗。村北的“牛姆山”为最高峰，海拔近900米。[2]

历史沿革[edit]

解放初归适中区永霞乡。1957年撤区并乡后归永和乡，1958年设立上屿大队。1965年该大队被并进温屿大队。[1]

1984年时村子仍隶温屿村委会（适中乡），1989年才单设上屿村委会，归适中镇管辖。[1]

生产与交通[edit]

村中土法造纸在解放前有七家作坊，是村民主要的收入来源，一直延续到20世纪70年代末。[2]

1978年修建公路，全长6公里；2003年至2004年铺设水泥路面，交通状况大为改善。古驿道上屿岭与下屿路连成一线，路面以青石子铺成。[2]

人口与居住[edit]

2012年底全村有48户，191人。村中原以两座四方土楼为主，林氏所居为东华楼，俗称“白楼”，有近两百年历史；陈氏所居称“新楼”。[2]

名胜[edit]

村中有“石跳桥”，相传为陈真祖师所建。桥长三十余米，由二十一块大石铺成，石块之间留有空隙，据说大水时也不移动。[2]

荣誉[edit]

2021年1月，村庄被命名为2020年度龙岩市「平安村居（社区）」；本村在龙岩市2023年度「平安村居（社区）」名单之内，名单公布于2024年1月。[1]
