溪柄村是福建省龙岩市新罗区适中镇下辖的行政村，位于镇的东北方，东与颜中村接壤，北与象山村毗邻，西南与中心村交界。早先的居民多住在溪边，“边”与“柄”两字在方言中音近，村名因此演变而来。[1]

地理环境[edit]

村内有一座容量为十万立方米的水库，库区四周是村庄、田野和群山。漳龙高速公路沿村穿越。[1][2]

历史沿革[edit]

解放初此地划归适中区洋东乡。1957年转属适中乡，1958年列入适中公社，属颜中大队。[1]

1984年仍归适中乡所属的一个村委会，1989年才独立成溪柄村委会。[1]

1993年因修建水电站，村民的房屋与田地被征用，全体村民迁居镇政府附近的新村，1995年底搬迁完成。[1]

交通[edit]

1980年，村内简易公路全线贯通。2004年，村里又铺成一条水泥路面的大道，长约7.2公里，宽4.5米。[2]

荣誉[edit]

本村在龙岩市2020年度「平安村居（社区）」名单之内，名单公布于2021年1月；省爱卫办在2021年11月公布溪柄村为「2021年福建省卫生村」；本村在龙岩市2023年度「平安村居（社区）」名单之内，名单公布于2024年1月。[1]
